When can I drink Qallo Hydration?

That's entirely up to you! You can drink Qallo Hydration in the morning, throughout the day, in the afternoon, during a night shift, etc.

It’s especially useful during hot days, workouts are just when you are feeling thirsty.

Qallo Hydration is caffeine-free so no need to worry when you would like to drink it close to bedtime.

How much water should I use?

That's entirely up to you. We recommend using 750mL, but anything between 0.5L and 1.5L is perfect.

  • For an intense flavor: use 500mL of water
  • For a mild flavor: use 1.0L of water
  • For a light flavor: use 1.5L of water

You can use even more water. Many of our customers mix it with 2L for an even lighter taste.

NEVER mix Qallo in a glass. The flavor will be far too intense.

How many Qallo Hydrations can I drink per day?

You can drink multiple Qallo Hydrations per day.

We do recommend considering your personal dietary needs and mineral intake through your current diet when consuming Qallo Hydration.

Can I drink Qallo Hydration if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

You can drink Qallo Hydration if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have a specific medical concern, we recommend reaching out to your doctor.
