How does it work?

Below, we explain how it works in a few simple steps.

1. Go to a product page

Go to the product page of your favorite flavor. Currently, subscriptions are only available for tubs and boxes with sachets.

2. Choose the frequency

Choose how often you would like us to deliver your Qallo.

3. Check out

Repeat steps 1 and 2 for the products you want, and check out using your chosen payment method.

How do I manage my subscription?

Managing your subscription is very easy.

Just login to your account via this link with you email address.

Once you’ve accessed your subscriptions portal, you will be able to edit your subscription details in the dashboard.

Can I skip my next delivery?

Do you need to skip one delivery but, after that, you want to resume your usual schedule? Not a problem!

You can do this by just login to your account via this link.

Can I change the next delivery date?

Sometimes we just have enough Qallo to keep going a little bit longer, that’s when it might come in handy to change your next planned delivery.

Or do you feel like you might benefit to receive your Qallo every 2 or even 3 months? That’s ok!

How do I change my delivery address?

Whether you are on holiday or you’ve just moved house, you can have your Qallo delivered to your preferred address.

How do I change the products in my subscription?

Do you want to add a one-off product to your order or edit the Qallo you receive? 

You can add or swap products in your subscription by simply logging in to your account via this link with you email address.
