Shipping policy
1. Shipment processing time
We strive to process all orders within 1-2 working days. Unfortunately, no shipments are made on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping charges and estimated shipping time
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed during checkout. The shipping charges depend on your geographical location.
We aim to deliver all our products as quickly as possible. Below you'll find an overview of the estimated delivery times.

Does it unexpectedly take longer than we promised? Then we will let you know as soon as possible.
You can make your shipment CO2 neutral for €0,23.
3. Shipment confirmation and order tracking
After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as we have prepared your package, you will also receive an email with the tracking information of your package. This way you can track your order at all times.
4. Customs fees and taxes
Qallo is not responsible for any customs charges or taxes that apply to your order. All costs imposed during or after the shipments are to be paid by the customer (such as tolls, duties, taxes,…).
5. Damage
Qallo is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipment. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.
If you have received your package damaged, please contact the courier service or our customer service to file a complaint. Please keep the entire packaging and damaged goods if you make a complaint.
6. Refunds & Returns
Any products you ordered through the Website that are unopened, undamaged, and unused can be eligible for a refund. The packaging needs to be in its original state.
If applicable, items purchased on the Website can be returned within 30 days of the initial delivery day and may qualify for store credit.
Please contact us at hello@qallo.com prior to sending any product back for a return or a replacement. Don't forget to share the proper amount of information for us to understand the issue. Also, add your purchase order or purchase ID so we can easily find your order and help you as fast as possible.

Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Discuss with our team how to efficiently ship the product(s) back to us.
