Return & Refunds

Any product you ordered through the Website that is unopened, undamaged, and unused can be eligible for a refund. The packaging needs to be in its original state.

If applicable, items purchased on the Website can be returned within 30 days of the initial delivery day and may qualify for store credit.

Please contact us at hello@qallo.com prior to sending any product back for a return or a replacement. Remember to share the proper amount of information for us to understand the issue. Also, add your purchase order or purchase ID so we can easily find your order and help you as fast as possible.

Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility. Please discuss with our team how to efficiently ship the product(s) back to us.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a money back guarantee subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility Criteria:

You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of your purchase.
Refund requests are only applicable to the Starter Pack valued at 24.50 EUR.
Shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.
The money-back guarantee is only applicable to your first order with us.
Subsequent orders are not eligible for refunds under this guarantee.

2. Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, you must send an email to hello@qallo.com with your refund request.
You will be required to fill out a short survey before your refund request can be processed.

3. Refund Limitations:

Refunds will only be issued after the completion of the survey and verification of eligibility.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
