Contest Rules
Article 1 – Duration
This is a temporary promotion that requires a purchase.
The prize winner is selected according to the contest formula described in Article 5 below. The winner receives an Apple iPhone 17 256GB (Blue).
Article 2 – Participants
2.1 The contest is accessible to anyone who is at least 18 years old, with the exception of the persons described in article 2.2 below.
Participation in this contest implies unconditional acceptance of these rules. Disputes regarding this will not be processed.
2.2 The following persons are excluded from participation in the contest: (a) companies affiliated with Qallo and their marketing advisors, as well as their respective family members living at the same address, and (b) anyone directly or indirectly involved in the organization of this contest.
Article 3 – Exclusion
The organizer may at any time exclude a person/participant from participation in this contest or other Qallo contests in case of violation of any of the participation conditions, or in case of abuse, deception, fraud or participation in bad faith.
Article 4 – Prizes
The contest prize consists of the following: an Apple iPhone 17 256GB (Blue).
4.1 The prize is fixed and not exchangeable for other goods or its monetary value. The prize is also personal; Qallo does not honor requests from winners to transfer the prize to third parties.
4.2 In case of refusal of the prize by a winner, or for any other reason why a prize cannot be awarded to a winner, the prize expires.
Article 5 – Contest
Participants can enter the contest by placing an order of more than €50 (net amount that the customer pays at checkout) via qallo.com between and . Subscription renewals also count if the net amount is above €50. For each purchase that meets these conditions, the participant receives an additional entry.
The winner is determined by means of a random draw.
Article 6 – Communication
Qallo reserves the right to communicate about the contest on social media. Qallo will publicly announce the winner of the contest on .
Article 7 – Liability
7.1 Qallo, its employees, or any third party involved in this contest, can never be held liable for any loss or damage of any kind, arising from the organization of this contest, including participation in the contest, the selection of winners and the awarding of the prize.
7.2 Qallo reserves the right to modify, postpone, shorten or cancel the contest or part of it due to unforeseen circumstances, changes in legislation or following a decision by a government authority. If such a change is implemented, participants or other persons have no right to any compensation.
This regulation is subject to Belgian law, and any dispute regarding its interpretation or application falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Antwerp.
Article 8 – Complaints
Complaints regarding the contest and its procedure will not be processed.
Article 9 – Identification
The personal data on the online purchase receipt is decisive in determining who performed the act of participation and is thus the rightful winner.
Article 10 – Announcement
The winners are contacted by phone and/or email. The winners have a period of two working days to respond and agree to the prize. After this period, a new winner is designated according to the contest results and is contacted in the same way.
Article 11 – Protection of your personal data
For the protection of your personal data that you provide to Qallo in the context of this contest, we refer to the privacy statement available on our website. We reserve the right to change this privacy statement from time to time. You can always find the latest version at qallo.com/privacy-policy. Participants agree that any error or incorrect information regarding identity or address automatically leads to exclusion from participation.
Article 12 – Acceptance of the contest rules
By participating in the contest, the participant unconditionally accepts the content and all provisions of these contest rules and conditions, as well as any decision that the organization may make to ensure the proper course of the contest.
Article 13 – Miscellaneous
Printing, typographical or other errors cannot be invoked as grounds for any obligation whatsoever.
