Frequently asked questions

Is flavoured water healthy?

It depends on what's in it. Many store-bought flavoured waters contain sugar, so check the label. Qallo is sugar-free and contains 7 to 11 kcal per serving, depending on the variant. The base is still just water.

How do you make flavoured water at home?

Fruit, herbs or cucumber in a jug of water works, but the flavour stays light and you start over every day. With Qallo you mix one serving of powder into your water bottle. Sachets for on the go, a tub with a scoop for home or the office.

How much water do you use per serving of Qallo?

One sachet or one scoop for 0.5 to 2 litres of cold water, depending on how strong you like it. With 0.5 litres the flavour is intense and sweet, with 1 litre softer and less sweet. Too sweet? Add more water; some customers mix with 1.5 to 2 litres. A 0.25-litre glass is too little, the flavour becomes too strong.

Does Qallo contain sugar?

No. All variants are sugar-free, both sachets and tubs. The sweet taste comes from fruit and plant extracts and a small amount of sweetener.

How many servings of Qallo can you drink per day?

Vitamins and Hydration are caffeine-free, so this doesn't apply. Energy contains 80 mg of natural caffeine per serving. Keep an eye on your total caffeine intake for the day, coffee and tea included. The exact guideline is on the label.

Which flavour or variant should you choose?

Energy for the afternoon or a workout with focus, Hydration for sport and hot days, Vitamins as your daily dose of vitamins. Want to compare? Start with the Starter Combo, which contains the flavours of the three variants. Not to your taste? There's a 30-day taste guarantee.

Where can you buy Qallo?

Online at qallo.com, with free shipping from €49 in Belgium and the Netherlands. In Belgium you will also find Qallo in A.S. Adventure stores. New to Qallo? The Starter Combo is the easiest way in: all three variants and all twelve flavours in one box.

Is Qallo sold in supermarkets or pharmacies?

You will find Qallo online at qallo.com and in Belgium at A.S. Adventure, not in supermarkets, drugstores or pharmacies. We sell directly, so the full range is always in one place: the Starter Combo, the Starter Packs, the three variants in sachets and tubs, and Mix & Match.

How much does Qallo cost?

The Starter Combo with all three variants and twelve flavours costs €36.75, a Starter Pack with the four flavours of one variant €24.50. After that you pick your regular flavours: a tub of 30 servings costs €37.99, a tub of 60 servings €59.99. Sachets for on the go cost €22.99 per 15 and €77.99 per 60.

How much does Qallo cost per serving?

From €0.85. A tub of 60 servings works out at €1.00 per serving, with a Mix & Match box of three tubs that drops to €0.85. A tub of 30 servings costs €1.27 per serving, sachets €1.30 (box of 60) to €1.53 (box of 15). That is less than a coffee to go, for a bottle of 1 to 2 litres.

How much does Qallo cost per litre?

From €0.50 per litre. One serving is good for 0.5 to 2 litres of water. At 1 litre you pay the same per litre as per serving, €0.85 to €1.53. At 2 litres that is half. The more water you use per serving, the milder the taste and the lower the price per litre.

Which is cheaper, sachets or a tub?

A tub. Per serving you pay €1.00 to €1.27 with a tub and €1.30 to €1.53 with sachets. Sachets are handier on the go, a tub with a scoop is the better value for home or the office. Build your own box with Mix & Match and you pay less per tub from two tubs; from three tubs you end up at €0.85 per serving.

Why is Qallo more expensive than plain water?

Because you are not paying for the water, but for what goes in it. Every serving is sugar-free and vegan, and depending on the variant it contains vitamins, electrolytes or natural caffeine. Most people drink Qallo instead of a soft drink, an energy drink or an extra coffee, so that is what they compare the price with. Not sure? Start with the Starter Combo. If you really don't like it (we doubt it), you have a 30-day taste guarantee.
