Passion Flower (Passiflora incarnata)

There are about 500 known species of passionflower. This family of plants is also known as Passiflora. Spanish explorers learned about passionflower from native Peruvians.

Passion flower works on the alpha and beta-locations of the GABA receptors, making sure the sleep cycle is not interrupted. This drastically improves the mental and physical recovery during night time.
