Overview

Oat straw comes from the unripened Avena sativa plant, which is commonly grown in Northern Europe and North America.


Mechanism

Oat is a plant-based tonic which promotes vitality due to the presence of a rich pallet of multiple micronutrients (like vitamine B1, vitamine B2, etc.) and alkoloids with an energy-stimulating effect.
