Melatonin is a hormone that tells your body when it’s time to initiate sleep. It’s produced by the pineal gland in the brain, but it’s also found in other areas, such as the eyes, bone marrow, and gut. QSleep only contains a microdose of 0,29mg to assist the natural melatonin production.

Melatonin regulates your sleep & determines your day and night rhythm. Light from a computer screen, smartphone or television suppresses the melatonin production en delays the natural need for sleep. An irregulated biological clock reduces mental performance, alertness and negatively impacts emotions. Taking melatonin just before bedtime supports and improves the start of a natural sleep pattern.
